Privacy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The short version: we keep your email address so we can send you one invitation to the private beta. Nothing else is collected, and nothing is shared or sold.

Who is responsible

Oberon is a project by Onyx Web3, Lugano, Switzerland. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We do not store your IP address, browser details or the time you signed up. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email for one purpose: to tell you when the private beta opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

Where it is stored

The site and the waitlist database run on Cloudflare, which acts as our processor. The database is located in the Eastern Europe region. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company; any transfer outside the EU/Switzerland is covered by Cloudflare's data processing terms, including the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks. To deliver the page and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses; we do not receive or keep it.

How long we keep it

Until we send the beta invitation, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the beta has not opened by 1 October 2027, the whole list will be deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Swiss FDPIC or the authority in your EU country of residence.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
